NOP India was established in 2015, initially setting up operations in Gurugram to handle sales and service of NOP products in India. Recognizing customer requirements and the "Make in India" initiative, we established manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru.
NOP India integrates the world-class technology of Nippon Oil Pumps with local manufacturing, comprehensive sales, and service support. Our Bengaluru plant produces a wide range of pumps, serving as an import substitute and exporting to countries such as Japan, the US, the UK, and various other global locations.
Our focus is on creating value for customers by delivering products that enhance productivity, reduce maintenance, and minimize carbon footprints. We continuously introduce the latest Japanese technology and environmentally friendly products to the Indian market, aiming to build a brand known for quality, reliability, and mutual trust among all stakeholders.

The NOP India facility is organized as per the global standards of NOP with right equipment and tools, standard operating procedures, quality assurance and control, well defined process flow, utilizing tools like 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Quality Circles.
Right infrastructure with Japanese frugal approach, robust processes, and highly trained manpower backed by an ISO 9001 certified quality management system (QMS) ensure that products meet the NOP global standards.
Choosing the right partners for sourcing, setting-up the parts, machining and inspection standards, receiving inspection, cleaning, painting, assembly, testing, QA & QC Checks, packing and dispatch operations controlled by a SAP ERP in an effectively optimized workflow ensure that each product is manufactured, checked and dispatched with full reliability. All statutory compliances are completed in a timely and organized manner.

Quality
NOP India works on the NOP Global quality standards. Right from the design stage, quality is built into the systems and products.
The incoming material undergoes stringent quality tests at inhouse as well as 3rd party facilities. Robust processes and highly trained manpower ensure that the products are defect free and meet all the required quality criteria.
After in-process testing all the products go through 100% testing on automatic test machines and simulators to ensure reliable field performance.
All the equipment and tools are calibrated and manpower are trained and retrained with skill matrix compilation.

We at Nippon Oil Pump develop, produce, and sell liquid transportation products such as trochoid pumps, hydraulic motors, filter pumps, and coolant tanks that are used in a wide range of fields including machine tools, special vehicles, ships, and beverages.
We are a company that is expanding globally.
Although our products are nothing more than small parts that are incorporated into our customers' equipment, we are proud that they are like "small lives" that affect the reliability and lifeline of the equipment.
Therefore, we conduct our daily production activities with the principle of "quality first".
In today's world, environmental changes and technological innovations are rushing at lightning speed, such as economic activities becoming borderless and digital technology becoming more sophisticated. In response to these changes, we have constantly increased the value of Nippon Oil Pump's existence through our aspiration to constantly pursue new things, our ability to act and make decisions in response to change, and our global strategy and sales network construction for the world market.
